A four-day English Subject Training of Trainers (TOT) was held from March 28–31 at Siddhartha Boutique Hotel, Simaltar, organized by NELHOS. The training was attended by Six NELHOS staff, one education coordinator, two representatives from the education sectors of Bhotkhola Rural Municipalities, and two roster trainers. NELHOS facilitated the training with support from Lumi and Philina Ng of SIL International. The program effectively addressed the concerns of the roster trainers and RM representatives, equipping them with child-centered teaching techniques.
