A three-day training was held from July 10 to 12, 2025, to enhance the facilitation skills of NELHOS staff using participatory tools in Siddhartha Hotel, Simaltar. The training aimed to build their capacity to engage communities effectively in participatory planning, classroom observation, and project implementation. The sessions were practical and included experience sharing, demonstrations, and psychological tools to encourage reflective facilitation.
